2008 Junior Crusader Classic at Father Henry Carr

The 2008 Junior Crusader Classic at Father Henry Carr will take place Thursday, December 11th to Saturday, December 13th. It is my pleasure to announce the field of teams:

Richview Saints (Toronto West)

*Father Henry Carr Catholic School has moved and is now located at 1760 Martin Grove Road at the corner of Martin Grove and Finch.

*Admission for both tournaments is $2 for students with ID, $5 for students without ID, and $5 for adults.


Coach Melnik

Coach, is the new Carr the former site of the middle school that used to be there? Is it a new building or did you take over the old one?

This is a nice draw. I see at least 7 teams that have a decent shot at their respective league/division titles: FHCA, MT, Oak, Pick, Rich, Aug, and Vaugh.

The new Carr is a renovation of the former Humbergrove and Marian.

You should include FHC B on that list. They will be very good.

I agree that Carr B will be a very good team but I didn't include them because I don't think they will finish ahead of what will be an awesome Carr A team.
