I'm not sure how the wild cards are being chosen but I assume that it's point differential. In that case, I'll take a wild guess and pick Downsview and Joes.

WILD CARDS:
All second place teams will be ranked in the following order, with the top two teams advancing to the Quarter-Finals:

1. Most wins
2. Highest score of total points scored in games vs 1st and 3rd place teams, divided by total point for and against in those games.
3. Highest score of total points scored in all three games, divided by total point for and against in those games.
4. Closest point differential against first place team in group
5. Fewest points scored against team by first place team in group.


Wild Card 1 and Wild Card 2:
1. Wild card teams will not play the winner of their group in the quarter-finals.
2. If one wild card team played Thursday and the other one on Friday then the Thursday team will be Wild Card 2, unless rule #1 applies.
3. If neither rule 1 nor 2 apply, then wild card 1 will be the team with the higher score from the calculation above.
