Thanks for the compliment basketball IQ. We are just trying to get our feet wet as a school in regards to basketball. St Joan of Arc has very strong athletic programs but this is probably the first and a work in progress, in regards to basketball. It has been difficult to get the support needed to enter tournaments as we have only a limited control of what we can and can't do. However as we continue to build a sound program at the school and in York region, hopefully we will get the support to enter more tournaments. The process is not as easy as it looks. But we have confidence things will hopefully change. In the mean time, we take the steps to progression at a steady, smooth pace. In regards to Vaughan and Dunbarton. They are both very strong. Vaughan having the edge obviously with the win. Pope however is very strong. In my opinion Pope, FHC and Vaughan will battle for that top spot all year. With teams like St Mikes, Downsview, D'Youville and Dunbarton giving strong competition as the year progresses.
