We've beaten Ajax earlier in the preseason, but lost to J. Clarke (by 15), Sinclair twice (10 and 4), Laurier (by 15), and some other teams out of town. Our other wins were against weaker opponents.
Our team is still quite young and one of our top juniors is still recovering from an knee injury and has yet to play. We are also having academic issues with some starters and they are missing games. Excuses mean nothing and until our team starts to work hard, focus on school, and win some big games, our team doesn't deserve a high ranking in Durham.
Hopefully we can pick it up a gear in the new year.
