Hoops 4 Haiti - THANKS

Pickering Basketball would like to thank everybody who helped make this event so successful!

We raised $3800 for Haiti!!

Id like to personally thank the referee's who volunteered their time and game fee's for the cause.

Thank you as well to all the volunteer's who helped out throughout the day at the door, concession, setup and scorekeeping especially Sarah, Hope, Ingrid and Kim!

Thanks to the DJ's, Comtix, Tom's No Frills, Minuteman Press and Basketball Ontario for their donations.

Thanks to Coaches Melnik, Gallacher, Jeffers, Gymnopolous, McFetters, Nekkers, White, Richards, Adams, Ashley, Parfitt, Cummings, McIntyre, Clement and their teams for participating.

Finally thanks to Farley Flex for helping organize and run the event and Anne Talyor (Pickering Principal) for allowing the event to take place!

Pickering High School raised $10 000 for Haiti between this event and others within the school!
