The Consolation semi-finals should be just as exciting as the Championship semi-finals. You have #4 Pope John Paul vs. #6 Dunbarton (a re-match of the Nan Copp final, Dunbarton beat Pope by 3) and two strong honourable mention teams in Etobicoke vs. Pickering.

The reason I really think that out of team provinces are invited is just because its good to see what is outside of toronto. During league play we get to experience inside Toronto and this is a good way to get some out of city flavour. Toronto basketball is definetly stepping up over the last few years and is definetly going to just get better.

Also...to prepare teams that are striving to go into ofsaa and seeing the other teams you will have to play and beat to be a medal contendor.

eastern and ascension, is must see for me personally, ascension is not as deep as eastern but there starters are strong, this will be a very good game.
