Watching Matthew wright play a few times...he's a good, fundamental player, a good team player, but, not great by any stretch of the imagination. I think his teamate Justin is a better player.

Ancil Martin, Keyon Stephenson and Ritchie Kanza should ALL be up there for sure. Also including Jamal Grennan from Henry Carr along with Camron from eastern. For sure either Ancil Martin or Keyon Stephenson both make the top 5 SF/PF/C in the GTA.

I would say:
PG - Kevin Pangos/Matthew Wright
SG - Jordan Clennon/Raheem Isaac
SF - Julian Clarke/Jamal Grennan
PF/C - Anthony Ottley/Ancil Martin/Keyon Stephenson

I'm just curious! According to your reliable sources, what schools are in discussion with Matthew Wright? Has he gone on any visits to these D1 schools or is it just talk?
