Achiever,
I agree with most of the things you said. Teams 1-5 (Henry Carr, Eastern, Pickering, Oakwood and Loyola) are the elite teams this year. These teams will sustain losses to each other and may lose the odd game to someone else. However, they are the most consistent.
Oakwood no losses
Henry Carr to my knowledge has now two losses to Pickering and Martingrove
Loyola(Oakville) has losses to Oakwood and Holy Trinity (Oakville)
Eastern has losses to Vaughn, Henry Carr, Loyola (Oakville)
Pickering has losses to Henry Carr, Eastern, St. Thomas More, Mother Teresa
Now, I think that teams 6-10 are the second tier teams (Vaughn, J Clarke, Pine Ridge, Mother Teresa, Martingrove) these teams will sustain losses to each other and the teams in the top 5 and may lose the odd game to somebody lower on the top 16 or honourable mention. The top 10 has been real consistent all year. The only teams that have lost some ground are Martingrove, MT and Campion. Martingrove and MT have moved out of the top 5 and Campion is probably gone from the Top 16 altogether.
J Clarke has losses to Pine Ridge and Henry Carr
Pine Ridge has losses to J Clarke, Oakwood, Pickering, Henry Carr, Brebeuf
Mother Teresa has losses to Pine Ridge, Pickering, Carr, Loyola, Oakwood and also Vaughn
Martingrove has losses to J Clarke, Campion, Henry Carr, Laurier, Vaughn
Vaughn has losses to Campion, St. Mikes, Henry Carr
The teams ranked 11 and downward are always changing with the exception of St. Mikes. These are not consistent week in and week out. New teams are emerging on the list and then taking a step back. Some of the teams that are off the radar are starting to come into their own and challenge some of the established teams on the bottom end like Xavier. I think that trend will continue. I do believe that D'youville and Brampton (Notre Dame) will probably hold down spots 11-12 when the new rankings come out.
