Every game after school hours should be open to all spectators....so everyone will be allowed to watch the finals at 6:30pm.

There is a $2 admission charge.

I am shocked that Campion only lost by 8!

Bronze Medal game:

Campion 68 (Tychon Carter, 26), Xavier 61 (Matthew Thomas, 17) in O/T

A fantastic game from start to finish. Xavier had the lead for the first two quarters but Campion came on strong to tie it up by the end of the third. It was back and forth throughout the final quarter with Xavier holding a 3 point lead with under 10 seconds. There was a rolling ball that a Campion player grabbed. He was on the ground and it would have been a travelling call against Campion but they smartly called a time out just before the travel was called. That gave them the inbound with 3.1 seconds. The ball was inbounded to Byron Trench who let the ball fly from well beyond the top of the three point arc just before the buzzer. The ball hit the backboard and then went staight into the net as half of the packed stands went crazy.

In O/T it was Campion in control; they had two nice layups and a freethrow and rebounded really well in their own end to control much of the 4 minutes and take bronze.

The

Byron Trench (Campion) and Matthew Thomas (Xavier) were named to the all-star team.
