You must be an Augustine supporter. Because unless they got 5 new transfers of kids who can really HOOP I don't see them being any sort of a factor/ contender.

The only decent basketball player i've ever heard of from there is Jaylen Morgan.... the shooter who had 27 in his OBA final last year

As of right now d'Youville should be number ONE! You cannot justify doing otherwise by mentioning the fact that they "lost alot of talent", but one, they've been saying that for the past 3 or so years and two, the guys they have in their gyms can ALWAYS ball and get the job done. For future reference I am not a d'youville supporter in the sense that I'm biased, I just believe they are the TEAM to beat as of right now. Honestly, I hope teams try to prove me wrong.

I actually agree here as well. DY are the defending three time champions. They should be #1 until somebody goes out and beats them.

What do you think XavierRimrocker, stevelogan92, Tart11, Peel Fan, Mu2, rvd, JT and the other peel fans out there.

GTA has lost its buzz in the basketball community with the exodus of many great ball players early, so why not create a buzz with our young talented athletes, especially in Peel Region.

My suggestions is to have Tart11 collect Peel scores and provide a ranking at the start of each week, if he is up for it. The names I've mentioned above seem to have a real passion for Peel basketball, and they can provide their opinions and ideas of the previous week to help Tart11 compile the wins and losses.

Just a thought, which is hopefully entertained.

I like the idea, I get entertained by following scores, results so I have no problem following the results during the season...as well, am still connected to coaches, refs and players so I stay informed.

I applaud tart11 and Coach Clement because you guys were the ones that took the initiative to start a tournament listing so that players, coaches, parents and fans would know when these events were being held. tart11 at the senior level and Coach Clement at the junior level.

There is nothing with Henry Carr, West Humber, Dunbartan, Pine Ridge, Brampton Centennial, Campion, Vaughan, Korah, GL Roberts, Pickering, Eastern Commerce, Mother Theresa, Mount Carmel, Vaughan Road and D'Youville highlighting their basketball programs. These coaches truly care about their school, programs and players. These coaches mentioned above, sorry if I missed a few have highlighted their programs on hooptowngta and other media outlets for the last few years which keeps the basketball community informed and I love this.
