St. Mike's is the CISAA AAAA representative as SJK was eliminated from AAAA contention by losing to Ridley in the semi-final. Ridley is the CISAA A representative, (they may still have to defeat TFS as the game was postponed last week due to weather).

Ste Anne Lakeshore beat Sarnia St Pats last night at the buzzer 58-56.  They are SWOSSAA winner and host bid.  The other entry will come from winner of Holy Names Windsor at Sarnia St Pat's Tuesday night

In my opinion... The only thing we know is that St. Mikes will get the number one seed.....

Number two could do one of four teams... Campion or dYouville or Oakwood or Carr Theses teams will be seeded 2-5...

6/7will provably be eastern or pine ridge.....

Who won the Peel Region or ROPSSAA final between Dyouville and Campion? What was the score?

With the current seedings. How did SMC (1) ended up playing McNabb (11)? Campion (2) vs Redding (12)? Henry Carr (3) vs Glebe (18)? ... Just curious on how the match ups are made... One would assume #1 vs #18; #2 vs #17 and so on... please enlighten

These matchups look ahead to the second round.

SMC if they win would play the winner of 16-18 unless there are upsets.

I guess its partly a function of an 18-team rather than a 16-team draw.

im not an expert, clearly, but my best educated guess for how it goes as this tournament is a little hard to follow at first as Round 2 only has 2 games and they word it as quarters with 8 games instead of Round 3.

My prediction for semis based on how oddly set up the tournament is will be SMC vs Pine Ridge and Campion vs Carr...pending upsets of course

4A OFSAA has one of the most misunderstood draws. This is due to the fact that the first game does not eliminate any teams from the championship round; it only sets up the match-ups for the elimination games; 2 elimination games in the 4-team 2nd round and 8 elimination games in the 16-team 3rd round. If there are no upsets, the first round match-ups ensure 15 vs 18 and 16 vs 17 in the 2nd round and 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, 3 vs 14, etc. in the 3rd round.

UPSET ALERT: Number 16 Holy Names takes on Number 6 Eastern Commerce - and WINS! 55 - 54. Now THAT was not supposed to happen. That will set up a second round game with St. Mike's for Eastern Commerce. OOPS.

Actually Eastern plays #18 Glebe tonight.

The winner of that game plays SMC tomorrow morning.
