Pickering played the better game tbh but missed free throws and turnovers cost them. Tristen Miller controlled most of the game and caught fire late in the first half to tie it at 27.
Jordan henry was held to only 8 points by the Pickering defense, and blocked 3 times in the lane. To have 2 kids on PR that scored over 60 points previously held to single digits says a lot, and to not give PK their props is just wrong.

I like Pickering, they give headaches to Peel teams, Tyvaul Saunders (spelling) love that dudes game and seen Tristen Miller excel from last yr considerably. Hope to see PK in OFSAA next yr

Pickering did play well but you mentioned that they missed free throws and had costly some turnovers. That's one way of looking at it. Another way of looking at it is that Pine Ridge missed a bunch of easy lay ups that would have put the game away easily before half if all those two foot shots are converted.

J Clarke Richardson lost a close game to Pickering in the semi-final because of missed free throws and costly turnovers. That's basketball!
