Some interesting scores this weekend. Does anyone know if players were injured/missing in the d'Youville/SMC game. Last week dy won by 18, while this week SMC won by 25?? What was this difference?

Not sure Coach!
I guess the d'Youville coaches would have to answer.

Great tournament Coach Clement,
These were some great teams you had over the course of the weekend. It was unfortunate some teams had to drop out.
One thing that you may want to implement next year is to give some sort of training to the students doing the scorekeeping. I noticed there were many games where they were not diligent on keeping the score/fouls and hence lead to frustration among coaches & referees.
But like it said, it was a great tournament. I enjoyed the excitement and the level of competition that you have organized over the course of the weekend.

We did lose our starting point guard, Preston Johnson, he got injured during practice earlier in the week. But that is no excuse for the 25 point loss. Now we prepare for our tournament next weekend!
Coach Clement, thank you for having us once again!
one correction: Nassier Wharton was picked for our team MVP

I have made the change.
Good luck with your tournament! I'm sure you will bounce back from this weekend's stumble! Your draw was tough but there were no soft touches in this one except for one perhaps!

What in the world happened to dyouville and vaughan this weekend? Losing one player makes that much of a difference?

what was wrong with Vaughan. They made it to the finals! that means they had a good weekend! They got slapped in the finals, but Carr is just that good. Don't know how dyouville kept it close with carr last weekend

Tough weekend for d'Youville.
Vaughan? What are you saying? They lost to the best team in the GTA but so has everybody else!

We did have a tough weekend and a tough draw, but we always want to face the best teams! St. Mikes and Eastern, IMO, are top 6 teams. It was great to face off against them.
